By accessing or using FxFriend.trade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
FxFriend provides trading education, analysis tools, broker reviews, demo trading competitions, and community features. Our services are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
FXF Coins
FXF Coins are virtual points that can be earned through platform activities and used for various features. FXF Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify the FXF Coin system at any time.
Competitions and Challenges
Participation in demo trading competitions and challenge rounds is subject to specific rules for each event. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate competition rules or engage in fraudulent activity.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, to harass or harm others, to manipulate competition results, to create multiple accounts for unfair advantage, or to circumvent any security measures.
Limitation of Liability
FxFriend is not liable for any trading losses or damages resulting from your use of our services. Trading forex and CFDs carries significant risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice.
